Beshra – Syria

“My daughter has been in Germany for 8 months. I left my hometown 4 months ago to join her. I have nothing left in Syria. I have been in Greece for one month now. First I was in another camp. There were snakes. That’s why I came back here. I don’t know what to do. It is so hot, there are no showers. All the kids here are going crazy. Mothers with their babies don’t know what to do. I don’t understand what is happening. I don’t understand English. Why are the borders closed? What do I have to do? When will I see my family again?”
