Today 22 korean novelists, poets, playwrights and screenwriters came to give their support to the struggle.

They came with loads of books to donate to the village

“We do not want to create a peace library, but instead make the whole village a library”

Books were also offered to the police but they declined…

After the daily 11am catholic mass they joined the civil disobedience

It took the police more than 50 minutes to break the human barricade as more and more people joined in

“If they use violence we will use books and literature”. The writers and poets will be back soon with more books and more support
